About Karen Thurtle

Karen is no stranger to the real estate industry having grown up within a "real estate family" and beginning her career in the industry in her teens.

With over three decades of experience within the industry, Karen has seen many changes; One Residential marked the opportunity to be part of an agency that has created a new approach to residential sales and property management.

Karen was part of the team who founded One Residential in 2009 and has been heavily involved in the administration of the business as well as working as an Executive Assistant to Michael Forzatti Principal of One Residential for the past 7 years.

2013 has brought an exciting change to Karen's role with her moving into the position as General Manager for both the sales and property management divisions of the company. Karen looks forward to the challenges of her new role and to bringing a new level of professionalism to One Residential and One Residential Management respectively.
