About Lara Richardson

Following an extended search for a family home in and around Attadale, Lara Richardson’s passion for property and desire to pursue a career change grew. It was an exciting proposition to enter the industry and be able to make a positive impact on people’s experiences. From a corporate background, with an accomplished career as an Executive Assistant and Business Development Manager, she now brings her significant skill set to her client’s advantage.
 
For over five years Lara has specialised in the Attadale market, carving out a successful niche as a sales professional who is highly attentive to her clients’ needs and effective in securing strong results for them.
 
A woman who loves developing client relationships based on understanding and service, Lara relishes putting deals together that are mutual wins for owners and buyers. She’s driven to help match client needs with what the market is offering and holding the hands of sellers while navigating what can often be a stressful and emotional path when selling.

Away from real estate, Lara loves spending time with her husband, three kids and dog, and has a great love for the beach and travel.
