About Tonia Pantano-McGrath

Tonia has an extensive background in property management. 15 years ago, she began her career in the field, working her way up to managing a portfolio of 180 properties in Karratha. While based in Karratha, she received a Property Manager of the Year Award.

After moving back to Perth in 2010, Tonia was the first property manager employed by One. After two years with One, Tonia become a mother and took time away from property management for the early years of her child’s life.

Over a six year period, Tonia was never far away from property management taking up a range of temporary positions with prominent local real estate agencies. Ready to work full-time once again, the timing of which was just right for One and she rejoined the team in 2018.  

Tonia looks forward to providing the level of service our clients have come to expect from the One Management Team.
